Q. I am using Mozilla Firefox and the live webcast isn't working. Why?
A. You will need to download the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin. Click Here to download and install.
Q. I don't have Windows Media Player. Where do I find it?
A. Windows Media Player is a free download for all Windows users at microsoft.com. Click Here to download.
Q. I am trying to watch the TZM Live Webcast and a different webcast seems to be showing up. Whats going on?
A. This is typically caused when the browser doesn't reload the webpage from the server. Please click your refresh button. If that doesn't work click "ctrl & f5" for Internet Explorer users and "ctrl, shift, and r" for Firefox users. This is a force reload command.
Q. I am using a mac and I can't view the webcast. What's going on?
A. You need to download and install flip4mac and or WMP for mac. CLICK HERE

Q. Is this the only option for live webcasting?
A. No, There are many different options and we have tried a lot of them including free services such as Ustream and Mogulus/Livestream. The two problems with those is the advertising. Inappropriate ads can appear and have that are not conducive for a Christian ministry or church. Also the free bandwidth servers are not the most reliable. Video will skip and buffer often.

A. You have the option to broadcast live using Adobe Flash or Windows Media. We use Windows Media.
