What is Extreme Experience?
Extreme Experience is the internship program of Tommie Zito Ministries. We believe that God is raising up young men and women to become missionaries to our own great nation, America. Our goal is to train up these interns to be full of God and equip them for their future by giving them hands on experience in ministry. Interns have the opportunity to come alongside the staff at Tommie Zito Ministries and be mentored in all aspects of the ministry. Throughout their time in the program they will be given special mentoring time with Brother Tommie and Kimberly Zito and other members of the TZM staff. They will be poured into as they learn to pour it all back out.

The Extreme Experience Internship Program exists to train up young men and women to be full of God and equip them for their future by giving them the practical knowledge and the experience coupled with the passionate pursuit of God and His lost children.
Our Vision:
To raise up young men and women who don’t only read about great moves of God, but instead they themselves are writing history.
Is Extreme Experience right for me?
Extreme Experience is looking for mature and talented young men and women who have a heart after God and for His lost sons and daughters. We are looking for young leaders who are willing to commit their lives for His service. If you believe that God is calling you to do something for Him, whether that be evangelism, preaching, worship, administration, or in the technical field, Extreme Experience might be for you.
What is the Commitment?
A major part of what Extreme Experience is about is learning to give it all for His calling. That is why those accepted into the Extreme Experience Internship Program are required to make a year long commitment to the program. There will be a three-month trial period for all new interns after which they will be evaluated. After the intern’s first year they will be interviewed and may be offered the option of a second year.
What is the Cost?
The Extreme Experience Interns are required to raise support, as missionaries to America, to finance their internship. Interns must raise $500.00 in monthly support, which covers all their travel, food, and lodging expenses.
What is the 5-Star Scholarship Program?
Every intern who is a part of the Extreme Experience Internship Program is eligible to participate in our 5-Star Scholarship Program. This program is designed to reward interns who have developed skills and talents in certain areas that may benefit the ministry. Interns may receive stars for knowledge and experience they have or obtain in these areas. Current interns may also receive stars based on their performance. Examples of areas that may be considered for the 5-Star Scholarship include: graphic design, web design, and video editing.
For every star that an intern receives there is a $100.00 a month discount towards the internship program. If an intern receives five stars they receive a full scholarship into the program. Eligibility for this scholarship will be determined by Brother Tommie Zito, the road manager, and the internship program director.
Interns may loose eligibility for the scholarship program based on their performance not only in their area of knowledge, but also their character. The recipients of the 5-Star Scholarship must maintain a high-level integrity and maturity to keep their scholarship.
